Journey Seminars is a self-development course designed to help you reach your full potential. It is not a lecture series. In Journey, participants are actively involved in experiences and activities that help mold them at an experiential level. Life-changing lessons are learned, enabling participants to attain new levels of personal fulfillment. This guiding principle of experiential learning has been the key to Journey’s phenomenal success.

THE PROGRAM
Your own personal journey takes place on four unique weekends; one a month for four consecutive months.
The weekends, described below, must be taken in order.
WEEKEND ONE:
DISCOVERY
This first weekend introduces you to the experiential learning process. Different levels of self-awareness are uncovered through participation in challenging facilitated exercises. Individuals and couples discover their personality strengths and limitations. Intimacy blocks and communication barriers are identified and removed. Valuable feedback is provided to each participant throughout the process. You will develop and enhance previously untapped mental and emotional resources.
WEEKEND TWO:
FREEDOM
This second weekend is the most challenging of the Journey series. Thinking and feeling patterns are examined in the context of family background. Significant coaching time for each person allows for a highly personalized experience. Several opportunities to address past hurts and failures are provided so they can be reframed. Participants should expect intense emotions during this part of their Journey. Graduates take with them a rich, life-changing experience that propels them toward their goals.
WEEKEND THREE:
CHALLENGE
In the third weekend, life strategies are identified and refined. Poor habits are replaced as new choices are developed. This weekend challenges you to stretch your limits beyond what you thought was possible. Individual or couple success plans are devised to put into practice the lessons learned during the first two weekends.
WEEKEND FOUR:
VICTORY
The fourth weekend is focused on personal reevaluation time and positive reinforcement, teaching you to move on from challenge to victory. Mission accomplishment and role playing are a significant part of this exciting weekend.
